A 21 man strong TAA team works around the clock to get the theming ready for the grand opening! The warrior is growing by the minute! TAA specialists are working around the clock to get this 20 m tall figure ready! For the moment the warrior is still headless but very soon the head will be where it belongs, lifted by a 120 ton crane on top of the shoulders of the warrior. Then only arms and its huge axe of 6 m length are still missing. Other photos show our dragon almost finished and ongoing works in the Happy Farm which will be a children ride through a farm environment. The construction of the children main street Fun Zone is also underway. We foresee our works to end by mid May.

"Huracan" Dark Ride at Bellewaerde Park opened to the public March 30, 2013. Udo Weisenburger and Camelia Bejusca participated in the opening ceremony. TAA themed the interior and exterior of the "Huracan Dark Ride", the new 2013 attraction at Bellewaerde Park. Inside the ride, that is divided in four main themes water, fire, fog and wind, TAA themed with its specialist and artists wall painting, floor theming as well as several key deco elements in the four areas to ensure a unique memorable experience to the guests.

'Vialand' Turkey – TAA is creating a major part of the theming main areas of the new Turkish theme park “Vialand”. TAA is building for the planned water ride a 21 meter high Viking warrior which is from the theming point of view a challenge. Another key attraction in the water ride will be the 25 meter long Viking ship made in timber as well as the Dragon sculpture – a 60 meter tunnel where the guests drive through with the boats. In addition TAA creates the entire facade works for the entire Happy Farm Ride, the entire Fun Zone Street as well as all entrance arches to different zones of Vialand and its rides

TAA is proud to announce to theme the interior and exterior of the “Huracan Dark Ride”, the new 2013 attraction at Bellewaerde Park. The main entrance tower with the attractions sign is ready. TAA is theming now the walls of the station building as well as a “ghost face”. Inside the ride, that is divided in four main themes water, fire, fog and wind, TAA themes with its specialist and artists wall painting, floor theming as well as several key deco elements in the four areas to ensure a unique memorable experience to the guests and a well themed attraction. For TAA the project will take about 3 months with a team of 12 specialists.

TAA is proud to announce to build 2.500 sqm of artistic rockwork and four fantasy coon buildings for The Magic Valley, the completely new themed area at Toverland to open in Spring 2013. In the Magical Valley, visitors are whisked away to a magical world featuring no less than 8 new attractions for all the family. The artistic rock landscape surrounding the water ride, one the new key attractions, will be sculptured by the specialists of TAA. TAA that could convince the Toverland management to execute the entire rockwork after an excellent rock sample made by the TAA artists.

TAA created the new Christmas market for the CentrO shopping center in Oberhausen, Germany. in 4,5 months a total of 138 wooden huts were built. Divided in three themed areas, "Wichtel", "Alm" and "Santa", welcome the guests at one of the most popular Christmas markets in Germany. All huts were custom made as well as the themes decoration elements. TAA is also a specialized manufacturer for Christmas themes and already developed in the past Christmas markets for the Spanish department chain El Corte Ingles.

TAA’s summer will be busy. The company was asked to do the theming work for Oceanworld Manly (which will be known as Manly SEA LIFE Sanctuary from 28th of June) and Sidney Aquarium in the next moths. These new projects are an excellent opportunity for TAA to prove its expertise in aquarium-theming.

LEGOLAND Bilund Polar Land’s integral theming

Polar Land, LEGOLAND®’s new attraction turned out to be a hit. Theming and Animatronics Industries S.A. is proud that it has been asked to provide the theming for Polar Land - biggest new attraction in the history of LEGOLAND.

The Polar X-plorer -the second of just two free fall roller coasters in the world- invites the guest to butterflies-in-the-stomach sensations for 5-metre free fall. The unique polar theming made by TAA is enhancing this experience. The last leg of the Polar X-plorer ride goes past the park’s 17 new penguins. The curious little creatures are swimming around and are happy to stop if a particularly interesting visitor could be seen at the other side of the glass. Also they are the ones who transform an everyday meal to an adventure at the Pizza & Pasta restaurant. In the process of decorating the penguin’s habitat TAA has had also to consider marine biological issues, but our crew prove once again that they are professionals. In the themed area of China, stands PortAventura’s new funny Escuela de conducción (Driving school). In this attraction notions of driving and road rules wil be thought in a fun way to pre-school kids. With this innovative Escuela de conducción (Driving school) the smallest children will feel themselves as great drivers and will emulate adults while learning and having fun. KRAKE and KRAKE lebt! are in the Skull Pirates’ Bay area of Heide Park Resort two fantastic thrill attractions that takes the of the visitors breath away – themed by Theming and Animatronics Industries S.A. On a ride in Germany’s first Dive Coaster the visitors enjoy a nearly vertical dive into the giant and scary mouth of the sea Krake and in the new Horrorkabinett KRAKE lebt! with its seven scary rooms themed by TAA the Krake is hunting for the visitors. TAA developed as a key attraction for the Dive Coaster experience a giant Pirate ship wreck which impresses by its size and genuine technical implementation. The “Krake” – a giant Octopus. Also engineering excellence was needed to make the Krakenmouth, the partly 15 meter arms to be at least as safe as breathtaking they look. The Horrorkabinett walk-through attraction is brand new. It takes guts to enter its doors, but the actors and theme made by TAA will surely reward everyone’s courage. Solaris was a new adventure for Theming and Animatronisc S.A. It was for the first time that the company themed a hotel room. Restaurant, lobby area, guest’s room and kind’s playground got an artistic touch from TAA’s specialists. Simple spaces turned into an aquatic land after the team finished the project. A giant new entrance portal with ticket booths have been created – according to the natural surroundings - In the style of a magic forest village where the short holiday from daily life starts. From a functional and theming perspective the new entrance links the parking lots with the central place of fountains, where the newly designed Promenade with its colorful houses, the detailed decorated traditional elements, the typical roofs, towers and many artistic decoration elements, themed by Theming and Animatronics Industries. Theming and Animatronics IndustriesS.A. created a 500 m^2 indoor rockwork as the central theming for Club Psyke 5D Experiment, Walibi Holland’s new Cinema Hall for the 2012 season. The fourth year in a row TAA is theming the key attraction at Heide Park Resort Soltau, Germany. With „KRAKE lebt!” (Octopus alive) the Heide Park Resort opens as key attraction for the season 2012 the giant Pirate Ship for the Dive Coaster. Theming and Animatronics Industries is responsible for the theming of the old Pirate ship wreck as central part of the Dive Coaster and creates a complete new dark horror maze.

One of the secrets of TAA’s success lies in its skillfull and competent team. Having this in mind, we are more than happy to announce that from January 2012 on we have 2 new talented colleagues aboard.

Christophe Batista is a graduate of Besancon University (France) and have a Master’s Degree in Mechanical and Engineering Design as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanics and Engineering. Although he is young, he can boast with important professional experiences. He was the project manager of the Concrete Rockwork construction at the new Zoo from Rabat (Morocco) and at the “Eismeer” project at Hagenbeck Tierpark in Hamburg (Germany). Both activities involved technical, financial, logistics and human resources responsibilities. When a good educational background and professional experience meets passion you got more than a coworker, you got a partner.

Jim Cassidey has an impressive career behind. He worked as production and sales manager at different companies – including S&S Worldwide – but his 22 years experience at Sally Corporation stands out the most. Being a Project Manager and Sales Engineer, he was supervising multiple million dollars sales and installation all over the world from initial sale to project completition. Production supervision and exhibition management were also in his job description. Jim Cassidey also made some valuable contacts in the American and Asian theme park networks. His technical skills include hands on experience with welding, TIG and MIG; pneumatics, valves and cylinders associated with the fabrication of animated robots and automated robots. This mix of experience makes Jim Cassidey a very valuable asset for TAA.

In January TAA was busy at Walibi Holland. The creative team made of sculptors and painters was working on a 500 m^2 artificial rock wall. The decoration is mean to create a special environment for everybody who came for fun in the new 5D Cinema hall. This new project was not only another opportunity for TAA to prove it’s excellence in creating authentic-looking artificial rock- work, but also proves that it’s collaboration with Walibi is flourishing

The beginning of the New Year came with another project in De Panne for TAA; the façade of a new house located at the central square at Plopsaland. Cement and timber will be used to give a unique look for the building. The mesh work is already done, sculptors and painter being next to make their magic. The project became more challenging once harsh winter weather installed in Belgium, but TAA is more than happy to tackle this barrier and head to another success story of 2012 and a new milestone in its relationship with Plopsaland de Panne.

This is the 7th major project we have completed in as many months. Mirabilandia has opted for an extensive theme to further attract visitors consistent with a trend that TAA has observed in recent years of more elaborate roller coaster theming.

Movie Park Germany: TAA Industries wins “Dark Ride” theming package

TAA won the bidding process and is pleased to theme the new Dark Ride attraction of the 2011 season at Movie Park Germany . For the new Dark Ride TAA will decorate both the interior and exterior of the former Gremlins ride, centrally located in the park. In addition, TAA will theme the exterior facade of the Music Club and new decorative elements in the interior of the restaurant. The new attraction is planned to open in May 2011.

Heide-Park Soltau: TAA Industries themes Germany's first Dive Coaster “Krake”

TAA Industries themes Germany's first Dive Coaster "Krake" (Octopus) in Heide-Park Soltau. In the “Skull Pirate Bay” area is great excitement. Mysterious things are going on in the central lake: the bubbling waters are awakening to life. A gigantic monster waits for the coming season 2011 only that the most fearless of all pirates will experience a great adventure. Theming and Animatronics Industries create for this amazing pirate adventure the thematic framework such as the scenery of the central attraction as well as the adjacent areas.

The TAA booth “Pirate Ship Wreck” was recognized by the visitors as best show booth they have seen and provided great feedback to TAA in putting so much effort in a themed booth to match expectations of the leisure and entertainment industry. TAA was at IAAPA 2010 the only theming specialist with a great themed booth as global exhibitor strengthening its market position. “It was a great show for us in strengthening existing partnerships and making interesting contacts in new markets”, says Udo Weisenburger, President of TAA. .

TAA has themed the 5D experience “Nightmare”, the new attraction 2010 at Tusenfryd, Norway.

In June 2010, TAA Industries produced and installed the exterior and interior theming and animatronics for Alterface's inauguration of their first interactive haunted house in Europe, at Norways leading theme park Tusenfryd.

TAA provided the animatronic effects and themed environment for "Nightmare” like ancient props, medieval weapons, a target wall with zombie, scary knights, horrified face in mirrors and flying bats.

SEA LIFE Aquarium Arizona - TAAs first major project in the USA

TAA was the only non-American enterprise chosen by Merlin Entertainments for the Sea Life Phoenix project in Arizona, that opened in June 2010. The third collaboration was in order to guarantee the highest possible quality and a smooth project workflow. TAA decorated all themed interior areas such as the fantastic shipwreck and interactive games.

TAA Industries S.A. have themed the “Skull Pirates' Bay”, the new attraction 2010 at Heide-Park Soltau, Germany: ToPiLauLa-Battle

In the centre of attention is the water ride ToPiLauLa-Battle. TAA have developed a gigantic pirates' wreck as the highlight of the pirate battle which impresses by its size, authentic design, heavy cannons, real wooden planks and an impressive figurehead on the bow.

    As a further high-light, TAA designed the "Pirate Stunt Show Arena" as a stage for breathtaking duels, this true-to-the-detail reproduction leaves no wish unfulfilled, neither for the actors nor for the spectators. Visible from far away i    is the mast of over eleven meters of height, which was equipped with special effects in close co-operation with the show coordinators.

Polar Bear Enclosure, Marineland, Antibes

    In May 2010 TAA finished Europes biggest Polar Bear Enclosure in Marineland, Antibes. Here on 3.500 sqm TAA created a landscape of authentic natural rocks for the animals, that fits in the overall ambiente and also t    the biological requirements.

Heide-Park goes Maya
TAA Industries has designed, produced and installed “The Nameless Maya Valley” at Heide-Park Soltau for the 2009 season. In one of the coldest winters of the past 100 years, TAA met this challenge and realized a major cement theming under heavy snowfall. The highlights is the centric “Mayan Pyramid“ surrounded by the entrance portal, fibre glass ornaments integrated into walls, themed shops and all entrance areas leading to the different fun rides.

TAA Industries ha tematizado los elementos centrales de la atracción acuática Oso Yogui. La pieza más espectacular es una torre de aeropuerto con cuatro aviones dándose vueltas alrededor de la torre – como en un carrusel.

Temtaizacion integral del LEGO Discovery Center en Duisburg
TAA ha realizado la tematizacion integral y la animatronica para la atracción LEGO Discovery Center in Duisburg, Alemania. El edificio histórico de “Wehrhahnspeicher” fue tematizado en sus 3.000 metros cuadrados. Destaca el Dark Ride “Drachenburg” que fue enteramente tematizado por TAA.

TAA construye de nuevo con piezas lego - somos partner para el Lego Discovery Centre en Duisburg, Alemania
El Wehrhahnspeicher, el sitio antiguo del museo Atlantis para niños, va a ser tematizado por TAA, en aproximado 3.000 m2. Abrirá sus puertas en Mayo 2008. La estrella será la atracción mecanizada "Dragon Ride" que se construye y tematiza dentro del edificio. TAA también es responsable de efectos de agua y otros efectos especiales, incluido neumáticos y mecanices.

Parque Legoland Windsor (Reino Unido)
