Van Helsing’s Factory
Integral Theming.

Theming and Animatronics Industriesmanufactured and themed “Van Helsing’s Factory”, that opened June 18th 2011
Since 2004, the Gremlins attraction has been an abandoned warehouse in a central location of the park. For the 15th anniversary, Movie Park presents a Dark Ride experience to its visitors. TAA won the project in a bidding process and themed the interior and exterior of the entire Dark Ride and integrated several animatronics. The former Music Club has been transformed into “Van Helsing’s Kitchen” with gothic cement theming, self-manufactured metal lamps and Vampire sculptures. Both settings have impressive interior and exterior facades, all in different factory styles and treated by talented artists.
Scenery Design & Prop Selection:
TAA developed itself to a specialist in authentic prop selection. Over the years TAA built up carefully selected international contacts. For Van Helsing’s Factory TAA found heavy working machines like the impressive Rumanian lathe, perfectly integrated in the factory settings. For the scrap yard scenery TAA carefully selcetd personally in Texas original American 50s classic cars to provide the most authentic experience. On top of the factory roof is an original Packard and Cadillac. The giant crane at the entrance of the scrap yard scene is a 1958 Menck crane, found in Rotterdam.
